In connection with the share offering in Reitir fasteignafélag hf., Reitir fasteignafélag invites you to an open investor presentation on Friday, October 16, 2020, at 14:00 regarding the rights issue and public offering of new shares in the company, which will take place on October 20 and 21, as well as the planned admission of the new shares to trading on the Nasdaq Iceland Main Market. The meeting can be followed via a live stream available on the Reitir website, www.reitir.is/hlutafjarutbod/kynningarfundur . A recording of the meeting will not be available after it concludes.

About the offering
The capital increase will be conducted through a public share offering to solicit subscriptions for the new shares. Reitir shareholders will have priority rights to the new shares; once these rights have been exercised, the remaining new shares will be offered to the general public in a public offering held concurrently with the rights issue.

• Subscriptions must be submitted electronically via the dedicated form at www.arctica.is/reitir-utbod
• Shares with a nominal value of 120,000,000 ISK will be offered for sale.
• The offering price for the new shares is 43 ISK per share.
• There is no minimum subscription amount for the rights issue.
• Each subscription in the public offering must be for a minimum of 100,000 ISK.
• Those entitled to priority rights for the new Reitir shares are parties registered as shareholders in the company's share register at the end of the day on October 19, 2020, as well as parties who have had priority rights transferred to them in accordance with the rules of the offering.
• Subscriptions will be accepted from 10:00 AM (GMT) on October 20, 2020, until 4:00 PM (GMT) on October 21, 2020.
• Investors must have or open a custody account. Custody accounts can be opened at Íslandsbanki.
• The results of the offering are expected to be announced on October 21, 2020.
• The estimated payment date for the offering is October 28, 2020.
• The goal is to deliver the new shares and admit them to trading on the Nasdaq Main Market as soon as possible following the capital increase and the issuance of shares by the Nasdaq Central Securities Depository. It is expected that the new shares will be admitted to trading no later than November 16, 2020.
