The share offerings for Fly Play hf. will open at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 24, and close at 4:00 PM on Friday, June 25.
Play is hosting an investor presentation regarding the upcoming offerings tomorrow, Tuesday, June 22, at 8:30 AM. The meeting will be streamed on the Arctica Finance offering website. A link to the live stream will also be available on the websites of Play and Arion Bank.
A total of 221,906,800 new shares in Fly Play hf. will be offered for sale.
Two subscription options are available, in separate offerings, through subscription route A and subscription route B, which differ in terms of subscription size and allocation.
Applications will be accepted during the offering period via the Arctica Finance subscription website, www.arctica.is/play. A link to the subscription website will also be available at Play's website and Arion Bank.
