Kerecis has completed financing round totaliing USD 100 million. The holding and investment company KIRKBI, known for its association with the Danish LEGO family, invested USD 40 million. USD 20 million was sold to co-investors, and convertible bonds totaling USD 10 million were converted into equity. New co-investors include the pension funds Brú and LSV. Finally, the company has secured debt financing of USD 30 million. Following this funding round, the estimated market valuation of Kerecis is USD 620 million.
Arctica Finance acted as the company's advisor for the sale of new equity to co-investors, as well as for the sale of the convertible bonds at the time.
