Fly Play's share offering has commenced

The public offering of shares in Fly Play hf. commenced at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 24, 2021, and will close at 4:00 PM on Friday, June 25, 2021.

A total of 221,906,800 new shares in Fly Play hf. will be offered for sale. Investors can choose between Offer Book A and Offer Book B, which differ in terms of subscription size and allocation.

• In Offer Book A, 64,000,000 shares will be offered for sale. The price for Offer Book A is 18 ISK per share. The minimum subscription amount is 100,000 ISK, and the maximum subscription is 20,000,000 ISK.
• In Offer Book B, 157,906,800 shares will be offered for sale. Investors submit bids within the price range of 18–20 ISK per share. The minimum subscription amount is 20,000,000 ISK.

Participation in the offering is open to all individuals and legal entities that have an Icelandic ID number (kennitala) and are of legal age.
