The share offering for Fly Play hf. will take place from 10:00 on Thursday, June 24, until 16:00 on Friday, June 25. Subscriptions will be accepted electronically via the offering's subscription portal, which opens at 10:00 on Thursday, June 24.
A total of 221,906,800 shares at nominal value will be offered for sale in the form of new shares in Fly Play hf. Two subscription options will be available in separate offerings, with Order Book A and Order Book B, which differ in terms of subscription size and allocation.
The results of the offerings are expected to be announced on Friday, June 25, 2021, and the allocation results on June 28, 2021.
An open presentation meeting will be held at 8:30 on Tuesday, June 22. The webcast will be available at Play's website.
Arctica Finance is the manager of the offerings, and Arion Bank is a selling agent alongside Arctica Finance.
