Arctica Finance managed the private placement of shares for Fly Play hf. (PLAY) that took place earlier this month.
A total of 378,093,200 binding subscriptions for new shares in the company were received at a price of 15.875 ISK per share. The total proceeds from the new share issuance amount to 6,002,229,552 ISK. Prior to the increase, the total number of issued shares in the company was 100,000,000, and the total number of issued shares following the increase is therefore 478,093,200.
PLAY aims to list its shares on Nasdaq First North Iceland, and Arctica Finance will act as the advisor for the listing and the public offering planned in conjunction with the listing. Preparations for the company's listing are already underway.
